Customer service is all around us, no matter if you are shopping for groceries or receiving healthcare at your local clinic, to some degree, customer service will impact your overall experience. For your initial discussion post, describe two experiences- one where you experienced excellent customer service and another where you experienced poor customer service (it doesnt have to be healthcare related). Discuss what specific actions, efforts, and interactions made each situation an excellent or poor experience. How did these experiences make you feel about yourself and the organization that provided the customer service? Lastly, did either of these experiences influence you continuing being a customer at the place of business? Why or why not?
