The first step to a successful spreadsheet experience is to plan. Some reports have standard formats, such as financial statements; but others are more free-form based on the company’s operations and the purpose of the report. In your company (the one in this course), what is a report that you (as President and CEO) would need on a weekly basis to support management decision-making and leadership? What information (on a detailed level) would you need it to include and how would you set it up in Excel (one worksheet, multiple sheets in one book, linked?, etc.). Why? How would you use it?
