Food Truck Business Plan

 The Business idea for this food truck is to sell Puerto Rican food. The main dish will consist of a large sandwich called “tripleta” it has three types of meat: chicken, pork, and steak wrapped in milk bread and topped with a Puerto Rican sauce and it includes a drink. I would also like it to be mixed from a traditional business plan but with key factors from a lean start up format.  Key information to incorporate in the plan: * I have a Bachelor’s and MBA in business administration with concentration in supply chain management. * Currently there is no authentic Puerto Rican food truck in entire north California that it’s concept is tripletas. * training, dish, and food cost will be done by a Puerto Rican chef. *marketing targets are all ages and possible incorporation in door dash or uber eats *There is only one Puerto Rican food truck in northern California and it sells other dishes, this is meant to be a fast-food truck with a simple menu similar to In-N-Out. Financial Projections is the most important part the bread is sweet bread chicken cheap steak, everything is cooked and cut inside a griddle so it is all a mixture.  and lastly, a side that is called tostones. a serving is 3 slices of plantain.  The sandwich is similar to a Cuban sandwich so if you find information regarding there financial projections than you could use it to better determine it.  Marketing: will consists of social media presence, investment in flyers, and promotion. projected sandwich cost is 10.00 dollars with a side of tostones and soda or juice an order of tostones individually is 4.00. the target audience is the bay area because of the large community of Hispanics not only that but Puerto Rico has gotten to be more known with the years and with the situations that have gone through. The bay area resembles Puerto Rico’s tropical, sunny vibes that would make it perfect to be established.
