Menu Development

Decide on a style of restaurant you wish to open, and give an overview of your operations theme, location, type of cuisine, and target audience. Then create the beverage menu for your operation.  You will need to also provide the concept behind your menu, how you will manage it, and your overall goal for your beverage program, in 2,000 words or less.  The menu should include prices, and you will need to provide a costing spreadsheet showing your work.
