Evaluate nike and Adidas websites and compare them against each other. Step 3. Are there important features and functionality missing? Is the site well designed from the point-of-view of usability, ease of navigation, speed? Do they utilize social media? Provide details of what social media sites and how they utilize. Do they utilize mobile commerce? Provide details – app, optimized for mobile, responsive design, etc.? Do they have an international presence that is evident on their website (provide details)? Step 4. For the assigned key competitor website, identify key points of difference for the website as compared to your assigned website. What are the Strengths and Weaknesses? ?  Provide a brief introduction of your company so the reader understands their business. Where are their headquarters, who is their target audience, do they have stores, how long have they been in business, etc. ?  Include detailed answers to the following questions: How does the website usability compare to your assigned site? Are the strategies for the two websites different? Describe in detail. What are the significant differences in the product assortments of the two sites? What are the significant differences in website features and functionality? Step 5. Written Report (60 pts) The Group Project Report should be turned in by November 18 using the TurnItIn link by only one team member. The link will be gone after 8:30 am that date. Project report consists of steps 3 and 4 above plus a SWOT diagram for your assigned company with the selected key competitor in mind for weaknesses, threats and opportunities. One report turn-in for the group. Number of pages can vary as long as all items in steps 3 and 4 are included, plus the SWOT diagram. This assignment must be typed using MS Word, double-spaced, a one-inch margin on all sides, and 12-point font. Each section MUST be separated by a paragraph with a headline. Additional references are encouraged (APA format) The report must include a cover page and an APA reference page at the end.
