Article will be on COMPENSATION MANAGEMENT , REWARD MANAGEMENT You will identify an area of interest- HR planning, employee selection, development, reward management or industrial relations. Please consider your motivation when choosing to study the topic. It may come from your professional experience, career aspiration, or intellectual curiosity. You will synthesize and analyze the status of literature review in your area of interest. You will also describe a proposed methodology, expected outcomes, and potential contribution of your research to theory and practice of HRM. Please use Brandon University Librarys Databases EBSCO, Web of Science, PROQUEST etc. to identify the topic and conduct the literature review. The format of the submission is as follows: Synthesis of existing literature -Review of literature focusing on variables, methodology, major findings Proposed Methodology Expected Contribution to HRM theory and practice The research article will be between 3500-4000 words including references, references, and exhibits (tables and figures). Please consider each figure occupying a quarter of a page as about 150 words. Use a standard reference style (Harvard, or APA etc).
