For this assignment, you are to write an article review of the following scholarly article concerning logistics service quality and customer satisfaction: Lin, Y. and Luo, J.  (2015).  Exploring the service quality in an e-commerce context:  a triadic view.  Industrial Management and Data Systems, 116(3), 388 – 415.
